We operate exclusively online and do not own or operate any vehicles ourselves. All vehicle hire services listed on our website are provided by third-party car rental companies.
3. Third-Party Providers
We partner with various independent car rental companies (“Car Hire Suppliers”) to offer a wide range of rental options. All vehicles, rental conditions, and customer service matters are solely the responsibility of the Car Hire Supplier.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that:
- The rental agreement is directly between you and the Car Hire Supplier.
- We do not guarantee, control, or take responsibility for the quality, availability, accuracy, or fulfilment of their services;
- You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the individual terms and conditions of the Car Hire Supplier;
- Any inquiries, disputes, or complaints must be directed to the respective supplier.
4. Limitation of Liability
Payless Car Rental acts strictly as a booking intermediary and accepts no liability or responsibility for:
- Loss, damage, theft, accident, injury, or death resulting from the use of a rental vehicle;
- Delays, disruptions, or failure of services provided by the Car Hire Supplier;
- Charges, fines, excess fees, or penalties incurred during your rental;
- Misleading information or failure to deliver on services promised by any Car Hire Supplier.
You agree to release and hold Payless Car Rental harmless from all liabilities and claims related to your use of any rental vehicle booked through our platform.
5. Commission and Affiliate Disclosure
We receive commission and/or affiliate fees from Car Hire Suppliers when a booking is made through our website. This does not affect your booking price or rental conditions.
6. No Booking Without Agreement
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that:
- You fully understand and accept both Payless Car Rental’s Terms and Conditions and the terms of the Car Hire Supplier;
- You must not proceed with any booking if you disagree with any of these terms.
7. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure all information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content, pricing, or availability. Final rental terms are subject to confirmation directly by the Car Hire Supplier.
8. Changes, Amendments & Cancellations
All changes or cancellations must be made directly with the Car Hire Supplier. Their policies on amendments, refunds, and cancellations will apply. We do not process or manage such requests on behalf of the supplier.
9. Right to Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review this page. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal matters or disputes shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
